Who we are
Graeme Smith has always had a passion for words and stories. He completed an MLitt in 2016 and is a published short-story writer. He taught creative writing in a prison, and in lockdown turned his attention to the stage. He is inspired by hearing stories from those we don’t usually hear from, hazy memories of youth, James Kelman, and the Scottish psyche.
Stephen Christopher discovered his passion for storytelling and dramatic writing through a creative writing group for people in recovery. This newfound love for writing led him to the Traverse Theatre's Launchpad: Breakthrough and the Playwrights' Studio Mentorship program. Stephen’s writing is inspired by family history, addiction, dance music, Scottish football and Sunday night television..
